Story Stones

I love a good project for kids.   I am constantly searching for interactive things to do with my 3 year old that builds self confidence, her imagination and her creativity.  So when I saw this project, I fell in love because it meets all of those criteria!  Krissy one of our newest design team members from B.Inspired Mama came up with this story stones, DIY kids project.   Check it out.

To recreate this project, you will need:

  • Smooth Rocks Found Outdoors
  • Krylon Outdoor Spaces Spray Paint in Sunlight, Poppy, and Ocean
  • Staz-On Black Ink
  • PSA Originals and Smirk Stamps.

Krissy has used PSA Original stamps from Frenchie, Fancy Flakes, Anchors Aweigh, Topiary, Whimsy Cakes, Life's A Beach, and Rocket to stamp different images that will allow for fabulous story telling.

To play the game, have your child select three rocks and ask them to tell a story based on the three images that they pull.  Hilarious stories will follow!   And it's a great way to build a child's imagination and interact together.

Thanks Krissy for this wonderful idea!
