Vintage Botanicals & Everyday Cards
These vintage botanicals really peeked my interest from Far Far Hill blog (farfarhill.blogspot.com). They are so beautiful in their splicity, I just love their vintage look, and for those digi-scrappers, you can download them (an plenty others) for free. Yes, for free!
These florals inspired me to share a few cards. The first is a sympathy card, designed by Carly Robertson. She stamped the flowers from PSA Cupcake. She adorned the center of the flowers with little gems – which add a special touch to the stamp. I love the color choice here – the green is warm and matches the occasion.
Kelley Eubanks created this friendship card using Hello Kitty Garden Club Peel & Stick stamps. I just love the way she's colored up Hello Kitty – it brings her to life! The rose bud flower, brown paper package paper, and bakers twine gives this an earthy touch.
Also by Kelley Eubanks is this Miss You card. She's stamped from Smirk Caffeine Confidents Peel & Stick stamps and colored them up to bring out their personality. I'd send this to any one of my friends I miss – Danielle, Kristin, Jenny, Kara – all of them!
Let us know what you think of these cards today, and don't forget to head on over to Far Far Hill. It's a great blog and you can download designs to use FOR FREE!
Love these cards! The clean & simple look is very effective here.
