You may be coming here from Suzanne, follow us regularly, or just stumbled upon us today. Either way, welcome to last day of the Oh Baby Blog Hop! Be sure to become a follower and leave a comment to be entered to win the blog candy.
While I was pregnant and during the first year of Molly's life, I scrapped everything! Pages about myself, Mike, our family tree and history, about my baby shower, her delivery, birth announcements, coming home, travel, holidays, the food she ate, firsts, and 30 or so more pages. It was a true labor of love. Each page took hours and hours. I embarked on this project before I worked for PSA Essentials, or before I owned any of our stamps. Looking back there are a lot of pages where our designs would have added something special. Take a peek at a few of the pages…
I spent a lot of money on stick-on letters from Michael's that instead I could use PSA Vanilla or PSA Archive stamps. Stamps from PSA Carriage, Little Bunny, the Christmas ones, Halloween, Love sets, and the Dare to Dream sentiments would have worked great on many of these pages. (See them all here: http://www.psaessentials.com/peelandstick.htm)
Here are some great layouts by Kim Moreno that do use PSA Essentials stamps. Beginning this August, I will feature"Scrapbooking with PSA Essentials" here. I am looking forward to sharing scrapbooking ideas with our readers! Here's a peak at the talented Kim Moreno… this layout is called "Snow Day." She has 5 kids. (Yes, I said 5 kids!) I wonder if she scraps for each of them?

Libby,
ReplyDeleteShowing pages done long ago is appreciated. I consider myself a beginner even though I have been scrapping for a long time. These pages give me nostalgia. I love the variety of colorful pages and all the pictures you fit on each LO. Thank you so much for sharing and reintroducing me to PSA Stamps. Ü Cynthia V.

I LOVE those pages! That's exactly the kind of scrapbooking pages I absolutely adore - tons of pictures and lots of journaling. I'm not that creative and artistic when it comes to layouts because I want as many memories fit on a page as possible. Love it!
ReplyDeleteGreat album! That's a wonderful way to document everything!

ReplyDeleteAll pages are works of art no matter when done or how, changing or adding to them will not improve the sentiment or memory. Lovely work and have enjoyed your 3 days of projects. TFS
ReplyDeletewonderful album..its perfect because you made it. i will always believe that when someone takes the time to hand craft something, it is the most precious of gifts and later when your kids look through it, they will love it, think of you and always remember that you loved them so much that you wanted to share your memories with them.
