Easter Crafts: Entertaining {Giveaway Week}

I hope you have enjoyed this week's inspiration! Be sure to enter our giveaway at the end of this post - giveaway ends at midnight!  We'll announce the winner on Facebook Monday.  Today's subject is Easter Entertaining.   Last February, I received my Martha Stewart Living magazine and was inspired by this image to plan and host an Easter Egg Hunt for my then 1.5 year old daughter and her 10 friends.

Our party was fantastic, you can check out my full photo recap here or take a peek.

Now I am busy planning the 2nd annual hunt.   This time, the list has grown to 18 kids (under the age of 4) and 33 adults.  Am I crazy or what?   I created a custom invitation at Swanky Press.  For no additional charge, you get a truly custom invitation and free double sided printing.   I played with the colors and design until it met my vision completely, and they were happy to do it.     Our invitation is a mix of these two cards.

I stamped the envelopes with Molly's personalized address stamp loaded with Lime & Pink ink and used the Easter egg from PSA Topiary.

I also decorated them a bit with the bunny from PSA Little Bunny.

They turned out great!  Now onto the planning....  check out my Pinterest board to see what I am up to.  There's so much great inspiration out there.   The problem is narrowing my focus.

See them all:

What sort of Easter entertaining are you doing?  Be sure to enter!

  1. For the past few years, my family has gone crazy with confetti-eggs during Easter weekend. It makes a mess in the backyard, but boy, is it fun! (Maybe when your daughter gets older? Right now, hunting for little treasures is better for their age.) Cute, cute party you planned!
